This project features a large sawtooth roof that shelters a court, gym, and collective services, forming the centerpiece of a wider sports complex. Outside, soccer and basketball courts, an athletics track, a skate park, and playgrounds expand community opportunities and help reduce displacement. The building combines a lightweight metal roof—allowing natural light and ventilation—with a concrete base of stairs, walkways, and brick walls. The design encourages inclusion by ensuring that the facility welcomes all community members—children, women, and the elderly—rather than being dominated by a single group. The space adapts to multiple activities such as concerts, gatherings, and spontaneous play. Through cohesive design and flexible spatial organization, the building maintains a human scale while supporting a broad spectrum of collective uses.
